Freelance recruiting can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be surprisingly lonely.
When I transitioned from running my staffing agency to working as a freelance recruiter, I expected the work to feel mostly familiar. I understood recruiting. I understood how a recruiting business worked. What I was not prepared for was how difficult it would be to figure out how to juggle all of the day-to-day responsibilities required to run a successful freelance recruitment business, and how little support there was for people in the same position.
There were plenty of resources on how to recruit. Very few resources on how to effectively run a freelance recruiting business.
I knew what needed to be done in theory, but doing it all yourself is different. Sales and marketing, customer service, building systems, exploring technology, and improving the parts of the business you are not naturally good at require a lot of time. And when there is no one to talk it through with, those challenges can stall progress or lead to unnecessary frustration.
That experience stayed with me.
Over time, I realized I was having the same conversations with other freelance recruiters. Smart, capable people who loved the work, but felt stuck, unsure, or isolated when it came to building a sustainable business around it. They did not need another generic course. They needed clarity, perspective, and a place where honest conversations could happen.
That is why I created Freelance Recruiter Hub.
The goal of the community is simple. To give freelance recruiters a place to learn, ask questions, think like business owners, and grow with support instead of in isolation. It is a space focused on practical guidance, shared experience, and honest discussion about what it really takes to build a freelance recruiting business that works.
This is not about doing more for the sake of being busy. It is about understanding your strengths, improving the areas that hold you back, and building a business that feels sustainable and aligned with how you want to work.
Freelance Recruiter Hub is for recruiters who care about their craft and want to build something solid around it, without having to figure everything out on their own.
